Is to give my clients the best in design and customer service possible. I strive to keep you up to date with your project at all times and will never leave you in the dark.
Policy
This terms of service is provided to protect both myself and my clients.
My aim is to provide an acceptable level of fairness for both parties.
By purchasing a service from myself and QuickSiteStudio.com you agree to these terms.
If you do not accept these terms as stated below, please do not purchase a service from us. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Data & Privacy
By purchasing a service from QuickSiteStudio.com you agree to your order details being stored on our database which are ONLY used to carry out the project and action payment.
I value your privacy very much and agree to never pass those details on to a third party.
During the order process you will be given the opportunity to subscribe to the VIP client list where I may contact you from time to time about offers and news from QuickSiteStudio.com and recommend products I think you may be interested in.
I agree to never spam you.
Should you wish to you can opt out of being a VIP client at any time simply by following the full instructions given in every email.
Supply
I agree to supply the designs and services by the date outlined in the original proposal. If no date was specified by you I will do my best to complete the job in a reasonable time.
Any time estimates that are given are based on working Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time.
Delivery will be as soon as possible depending on the amount of work involved. You will be kept informed every step of the way.
Contact
I will contact you only in conjunction with your order.
If you have opted in as a VIP client you will receive priority updates and offers regarding services from QuickSiteStudio.com and information that I think you may be interested in.
In the event of a delay to your project I will contact as soon as possible to make you aware.
Communication regarding your project
Once you have placed an order you should expect to receive regular updates from me relating to the progress of your order.
I will also post messages via the client dashboard in the Private Members Area – these messages will also be sent via email as a backup. My aim is to keep you in the loop as much as possible without the need for you to feel you have to chase me up on progress.
Access to the Private Members Area will be given within 24 hours after payment has been received.
You can login to the Project Area at any time to view the progress of your project.
Guarantee
Many factors can influence the effectiveness and success of a website. Therefore, I offer no guarantee that a design from QuickSiteStudio.com will increase conversions for you.
If your conversion rate decreases I am unable to provide compensation, will not be liable, and will not provide free revisions.
By purchasing a design or service from QuickSiteStudio.com you agree to this.
Refunds
Once your project has been received and payment made I will begin work on the initial mock up/rough draft and send it to you.
If you’re unhappy with the initial mock up/rough draft and you do not wish me to continue with the project, you may request a refund at that time.
Refunds will be processed via PayPal to the account you used to purchase.
Once a refund has been granted any designs/mock up/rough drafts may in no way be reproduced or sold or used in any way and should be deleted from your files/record.
You will not have any rights to the designs whatsoever once a refund had been made.
Once the initial mock up/rough draft has been approved. I will begin work on your project and you will no longer be entitled to a refund. By purchasing a service from QuickSiteStudio.com you agree to this.
Payment
We only accept payment using PayPal. Visit PayPal.com for their terms and conditions.
Complaints
I pride myself in my customer service, if a situation should ever arise where you are not happy please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my upmost to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
Copyright
QuickSite Start Up Package – Once payment has been made and on completion of the project you are licensed to use the Site Style/WordPress theme on one domain only. You will not own the copyright, and must not sell or redistribute the theme.
Mini Site Graphics – Once payment has been made and on completion of the project you have full copyright to the design. However you are not permitted to redistribute or resell multiple copies (e.g sell templates) unless you have purchased the extended licence from QuickSiteStudio.com. If a refund has been granted all copyright remains with QuickSiteStudio.com and any designs should be deleted from your computer.
